In this week's Torah portion we read about the Menorah, which was lit every day in the Temple in Jerusalem.

One of the designs on the Menorah were upside-down golden cups.

Why cups, and why upside down?

The Menorah was filled with light. When we're blessed with light, it's our obligation to share it with others, like a cup pouring out its contents to others.
